Sustainability & Campus Engagement
Our Guideline encourages sustainable sourcing through local and seasonal procurement. Waste management practices are promoted, including composting, recycling, and food donation programs. Student engagement is fostered with themed events and nutrition education campaigns.
Foodservice Operations
Our Guideline addresses purchasing and inventory control, including vendor relations, cost control, and waste reduction strategies. Staff scheduling and training are covered, focusing on team leadership, onboarding, and performance evaluation.
